Hello from Monrovia-Liberia!

I met with Omu and her beautiful family.

They are Muslim and so open to helping their daughter. It is a scary journey for them to cross their Muslim brothers to have their daughter helped by “Christians”. We told him that the love of a child transcends all religious faiths. Omu has cancer and will be receiving medical help from Global Orphan Outreach and others who are all networking together to help her.

Today we spent time talking to a Ugandan Doctor who will be handling all our medical reports. Very nice guy. There were many mothers and babies at this hospital so we visited with many as you can tell from our pictures I posted. Haha. Also got the hospital tour along with a representative of UNICEF who was there looking into what they were doing for help there at this hospital which is good of course. Yep- kept my opinions to myself. :0)

I picked up Barvor’s visa from the embassy as well.

More tomorrow if the internet allows....
