Lift Liberia up in prayer tomorrow as they vote for a president of their country. The presidency as well as all seats in the house of representatives and half of the seats in the senate will be up for election.

Little Nyenelleh was here a couple of years ago for a shunt placement. He has returned back to his host family for follow up care. A future doctor in the making? Perhaps. His awesome host family are in the medical field as well so I am sure the influence is there.
Our Melvin had a serious issue with his spleen and is also deaf. Today they have the spleen issue under control and he was just fitted for hearing aids in hopes that he will qualify for a cochlear implant down the road. In the mean time his host family takes him every where and he is loving every minute of it. Here he is learning to fish.Is it fair that some people are born into extreme wealth and freedom while others must live and often die in dire poverty or under severe oppression? No, life is not fair; unfairness is inherent in the human condition. But life can and should be just. When human acts or omissions are at the heart of these inequities and suffering, then social injustices have occurred. Unfortunately, these injustices shame and scar our world every day…john wheaton
We are asking all our GOO supporters and friends to pray specifically for our organization on Wednesday of this week. For we are just volunteers called to serve. We are under serious spiritual attack as we defend an injustice taking place. Please pray for protection, provision, and for God to prevail.
let the weak know I am strong in the strength of the Lord…

Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and through partnerships like Global Orphan Outreach, ship the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world.
FMSC and GOO hold similar views that people can become involved in the world around them especially with helping the hungry. You need not travel to Africa to help those who are hungry there. FMSC is looking for volunteers to help pack the foods that are shipped. Go to their website and contact them- www.fmsc.org
GOO is also looking for volunteers to help us send the food to Liberia, Africa. We have half of the funds raised and still need your help to raise the other $2700. We are storing the food here and sending it 3 large barrels at a time. Our first shipment is being sent next week. For more information on how you can help, contact Denise Wagner-#651-491-4847. Or email us at globalorphanoutreach@yahoo.com We will be posting updates on our blog of the families who have benefited from your generosity.

And its off to Denise and Joe's house for storage. A huge THANK YOU goes out to the Haege's for helping us get it there with their trucks.
